Brownies

These fudgy brownies are the perfect sweet treat for when you want just a little pick me up.

Makes: around 16

Takes: 1 hour

Ingredients

  • 250g Dark chocolate (chopped)

  • 180g Unsalted butter

  • 320g Caster sugar

  • 130g Plain flour

  • 3 Eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 170c.

  2. Line a square brownie tin with parchment paper.

  3. Place dark chocolate and butter over a double boiler and leave until melted and smooth.

  4. Remove from the heat, add sugar and mix.

  5. Add flour and stir, mix in the eggs.

  6. add the batter to a prepared tin and bake for 35-40mins.

  7. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them.

  8. Enjoy!
