Chickpea Snacks
These highly addicting fried chickpea snacks have the perfect spice mix to leave you wanting more.

Takes: 25 mins
Ingredients
2 Cans chickpeas
1/3 Cup olive oil
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 Clove garlic (Minced)
1/2 tsp Onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220c.
Drain and rinse chickpeas.
Heat the oil over high heat and cook the chickpeas for 5-8 mins.
Transfer chickpeas onto a baking tray and bake for 17-20 mins.
Remove from the oven and toss in the spices.
Let cool and enjoy!
