Chickpea Snacks

These highly addicting fried chickpea snacks have the perfect spice mix to leave you wanting more.

Makes: 4 servings

Takes: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans chickpeas

  • 1/3 Cup olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

  • 1 Clove garlic (Minced)

  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220c.

  2. Drain and rinse chickpeas.

  3. Heat the oil over high heat and cook the chickpeas for 5-8 mins.

  4. Transfer chickpeas onto a baking tray and bake for 17-20 mins.

  5. Remove from the oven and toss in the spices.

  6. Let cool and enjoy!
